SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

What you will be doing as a Senior Business Development Manager

Build our deal flow for B2B2C partnerships with financial services, retail, telecoms and insurances businesses.
You’ll manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, networking, presenting through to closing deals.
Be responsible for planning and budgetary control of all partner activities.
You’ll liaise with our existing partners to ensure we are all achieving the best outcomes.
To begin with, you’ll be a team of one working directly with the two co-founders, but with success we’ll give you the freedom and support to build an amazing team around you.

What we are looking for in a Senior Business Development Manager

Minimum of 6 years’ experience within B2B sales, preferably within the consumer financial services sector
Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a team, as well as external partners and agencies
You will have a great network you can call upon to help you to hit the ground running
Track record of winning deals and negotiating at Senior Manager, Director and C-level
Excellent analytical skills
Strong network within Consumer Credit / Innovation / Financial Services scene
Experience with agile / scrum
Customer focused with strong strategic mindset
Active networker
Data driven with an eye for detail
Team player
Hands on approach to work by taking ownership and initiative

DIGITAL MARKETING/GROWTH MANAGER

What you will be doing as a Growth Manager

The Growth Manager function lives at the intersection of marketing and product development, and is focused on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. They role spans across marketing, design, analytics, product management, operations, and engineering to execute growth initiatives.


As for responsibilities, the Growth Manager’s job has three core components: first, to support the Chief Digital Officer on defining the company’s growth plan, second, to coordinate and execute growth programs, and third, to optimize the revenue funnel.


Delivery will be the prime focus of this role – managing digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google.


Data is the fuel of the growth function and understanding and experimenting with user behaviour, scientific experimentation, and targeted promotions is a core part of our approach.


With a clearly defined growth objective and a prioritized roadmap of ideas to test, a Growth Manager turns their attention to designing and implementing tests and analysing results.


So what makes a good Growth Manager?

You will need to be able to understand and interpret data. Growth Managers also need to be fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels at their disposal. The Growth Manager also needs creativity and strategic thinking.


What we are looking for in a Growth Manager

Managed digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Managed blog/posting strategy and creating (with assistance) content for outward exposure.
An understanding of CRM systems and running email-based marketing campaigns
Experience or/and a keen interest in understanding the numbers behind customer engagement and conversion
